Cancellation Policy

I understand sometimes we need to cancel an appointment or reschedule. EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1st, 2017 There will be a $75.00 charge for all cancellations made less than 24 hours before you appointment. There will be a $100.00 charge for all no shows. There are NO REFUNDS ON SERVICES already done. NO REFUNDS on SPA PACKAGES PURCHASED IN ADVANCED (an exchange of equal or lesser value can be done) NO REFUNDS ON PRODUCTS AFTER 7 DAYS from purchase.
